It immediately brings out notes of rose and wild strawberries followed by lighter notes of marzipan, wild fennel and a hint of juniper. Tasting saline, the wine has good length and a perception of crisp red fruits balanced by bright acidity. Pri\u010da vinarije Gaja poti\u010de iz jedinstvene, jednostavne filozofije: proizvoditi originalna vina sa lokalnim karakterom koja odra\u017eavaju tradiciju i kulturu onih koji su ih pravili. Ova filozofija nadahnula je pet generacija besprekornog vinarstva. Zapo\u010delo je pre vi\u0161e od 150 godina kada je \u0110ovani Gaja\u00a0<em>(Giovanni Gaja)<\/em>\u00a0otvorio mali restoran u Barbaresku, prave\u0107i vino kao dodatak hrani koju je slu\u017eio. 1859. osnovao je vinariju Gaja, proizvode\u0107i prva vina iz Pijemonta koja su fla\u0161irana i prodavana i van regije. Od tog vremena vinariju su oblikovale ruke svake generacije, posebno Klodite Rej\u00a0<em>(Clodite Rey)<\/em>, bake An\u0111ela Gaje\u00a0<em>(Angelo Gaja)<\/em>. Njegova strast prema beskompromisnom kvalitetu uticala je i informisala An\u0111ela Gaju. Te vrednosti postale su kamen temeljac vinarije Gaja i ugradile su se u svaki aspekt proizvodnje vina. Merlot, Merlot.<\/p><h2>Gaja Barbaresco 2020<\/h2><p>Godine 1961. An\u0111elo Gaja zapo\u010deo je svoju misiju dovode\u0107i ovu veliku vinariju na jo\u0161 vi\u0161i nivo. Prvi je upotrebio barik\u00a0<em>(barrique)<\/em>, 225-litarske ba\u010dve od francuskog hrasta. Pod njegovim vo\u0111stvom, vinarija Gaja je pokrenula proizvodnju iz samo jednog vinograda i prvi su zasadili sorte Kaberne Sovinjon\u00a0<em>(Cabernet Sauvignon)<\/em>, \u0160ardone\u00a0<em>(Chardonnay)<\/em>\u00a0i Sovinjon Beli<em>\u00a0(Sauvignon Blanc)<\/em>\u00a0u Pijemontu. Tako\u0111e je bio od velikog zna\u010daja za uzdizanje lokalne sorte Nebiolo\u00a0<em>(Nebbiolo)<\/em>\u00a0na svetski nivo.<\/p><h3>Gaja Porodica<\/h3><p>An\u0111elu Gaji pridru\u017eila se peta generacija porodice Gaja \u2013 njegove \u0107erke Gaia i Rosana, kao i sin \u0110ovani\u00a0<em>(Giovanni)<\/em>\u00a0zajedno nastavljaju da unapre\u0111uju nasle\u0111e vinarije. Da bi u potpunosti ostvarili svoju viziju, sva Gaja vina proizvode se isklju\u010divo od gro\u017e\u0111a koje se uzgaja u vinogradima u vlasni\u0161tvu imanja, koje se sada prostire na 3 lokacije:<\/p><h2>Gaja Barbaresco 2020<\/h2><ol><li>Gaja\u00a0<em>(Piemonte)<\/em> \u2013 96 hektara u oblastima Barbaresco i Barolo, imanje na kome je sve po\u010delo. Nebbiolo, Nebbiolo<\/li><li>Pieve Santa Restituta\u00a0<em>(Montalcino, Toscana)<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 27 hektara vinograda na imanju koje je porodica Gaja kupila 1994. i to je njihov prvi ulazak u regiju Toskana, gde uzgajaju isklju\u010divo sortu San\u0111oveze\u00a0<em>(Sangiovese)<\/em>\u00a0i proizvode 3 etikete vina Brunello di Montalcino.<\/li><li>Ca\u00b4Marcanda\u00a0<em>(Bolgheri, Toscana)<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 imanje koje obuhvata 126 hektara i koje je An\u0111elo Gaja kupio 1996. nakon dugih i te\u0161kih pregovora, pa je po tome i dobilo naziv \u2013 Ca\u2019Marcanda\u00a0<em>(ku\u0107a beskrajnih pregovora)<\/em>.
